• Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays.

💰 Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free shipping may apply to selected offers or minimum order values (as stated during checkout).

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available with an additional service fee, shown at checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• Courier delays beyond our control
• Customer unavailability at delivery time

 

If an order is refused or returned due to customer-related reasons, shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.
