Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all Emirates within the UAE and select GCC countries. International shipping options are being expanded.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer:
- Free Shipping: On orders over AED 300 within the UAE
- Standard Shipping: AED 30 for orders under AED 300
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Delivery Time
- Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1-2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2-3 business days
- GCC Countries: 3-7 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using this number.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on local regulations. We will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
