Return Period
You can return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in their original condition and unopened
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Dietary supplements cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons

- Sale items or special offers (unless defective)

- Send a photo of the product and your order number
- We will send you return instructions
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the product
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
